New iPhone and Android apps for npower

npower’s new iPhone and Android apps are now live on the Apple App Store and Google Marketplace. The apps, both developed by Compsoft, allow npower customers to quickly access and update all of their account information, as well as providing a range of other useful features. The apps are updated in real time and linked directly to the customer’s online account, making sure they have the latest information right in the palm of their hand.

The npower apps allow the user to:

• Log-in with the same details as the user's online account
• Submit meter readings (with a flashlight to scare away the spiders!)
• Keep track of meter read history
• View bills
• 
Make secure payments
• Review payments, debits and credits
• Access customer service
• View FAQs and Help

Further enhancements to the apps will be released over the coming weeks.
