Once live the application is handed over to Compsoft's dedicated support team to manage its ongoing use. With a range of services to suit the needs of any business, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is put in place, giving customers that extra assurance.
Having serviced customers for nearly thirty years, Compsoft's Support Department offers expert support to users of our flagship product Equinox, our specialist police task management tool, Obelisk, and to the users of Compsoft bespoke applications. Using a range of tools, packages are available to suit the needs of each customer and their particular application.
All supported customers benefit from Compsoft's proprietary issue logging and tracking software, Morpheus, and telephone access to the support team during office hours.
