Compsoft KnowledgeBase is an online help engine which
provides useful information, tips, articles, programming methods
and workarounds for all levels of Equinox user. A comprehensive
search facility is included.
Compsoft Morpheus is our support call logging
system that has been web-enabled to allow our customers to
view cases
that they have previously logged.
There is also a facility to add new cases without having
to phone or email Support.
The Equinox Builds area is a technical resource which contains detailed information on current and
historical builds and versions of the Equinox software.
These services are available to Developer
and Signature Support customers.
