Compsoft worked with Duncan
and Todd to create a solution for its corporate eye-care business.
Broadly, this Microsoft ASP.NET solution includes appointment scheduling,
client record-keeping and invoicing functionality. As much of its
work is carried out off-site, it was essential to create a wholly
browser-based application that could be used by opticians wherever
they are.
For the World Society for the Protection
of Animals, Compsoft created an 'Activities Database'. Essentially,
this is a custom-written project management application that allows
WSPA staff worldwide to interact via a browser portal. Broad functionality
includes basic project management and an extensive, searchable image
library.
Compsoft has recently completed a development project for Hippo
Waste comprising a public-facing portal for the secure booking
of waste collections and also functionality for staff to manage collection
scheduling, pricing and account management. The application also integrates
with their accounting system.
Dial-A-Seat is a rapidly growing ticketing agent based in Cheshire. It
forms part of the Gandey Organisation, which operates globally producing
and promoting live entertainment in a variety of venues. Dial-A-Seat was created to support the ticket sales requirements for both
the Groups activities and external customers. Dial-A-Seat approached
Compsoft to develop an on line booking facility that would compliment
its already successful telephony operation. A seamless integration
of services was pivotal to this project, creating an enhanced booking
experience for our customers without interruption to our existing activities.
