Compsoft Plc, an established computer software house specialising in the development of bespoke applications, is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to cope with increasing customer demand. Reporting to the Head of Sales, your main responsibility will be developing new business based primarily on following up qualified leads generated by the marketing department, as well as ongoing management of accounts once won.
For this role you will have experience of selling high value solutions, an understanding of Information Technology and good written and oral communication skills. Most importantly you will be enthusiastic, have a desire to succeed, and be willing to further develop your existing skills.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Following up new and existing opportunities by phone
- Attending customer meetings
- Writing sales proposals
- Liaising with the Development and Technical Support departments
Salary: £20 - £30k basic + Car Allowance and OTE.
