From Visual Studio 2010 to Silverlight 3: Tech Ed 09
Compsoft Developers get to grips with Microsoft's latest technologies at the European Tech Ed developer forum. This year the convention took place in Berlin, Germany, during the 20th anniversary of the Fall of the Wall.
On hearing about new features in upcoming products, including Visual Studio 2010 and Silverlight 3, Senior Developers Neil Bostrom and Tim Jeanes provided their opinion and experiences in the Compsoft Developer blog.
Also featured is an explaination of the Windows Azure Platform; Tim explores some of its strong points.
In just one day Neil took in sessions that explored development with RIA (Rich Internet Application) Services, successfully using Team Foundation Server, design for Silverlight 3 and a geek-fest of commands available in Visual Studio .NET 2010. Neil's brain dump of the day is here.
Compsoft is excited by the new technologies that Microsoft is introducing to its new releases and the benefits that these bring to our projects. If your business needs our expertise, consultancy or application development, please contact us.
