Daler-Rowney shows off art supplies

Compsoft develops iPhone app for leading art materials supplier Daler-Rowney.

Compsoft was approached by Brand and Marketing Agency Milestone on behalf of their customer Daler-Rowney. The long-established business was looking for a means to engage with their artistic audience while also promoting the new 'System 3' range of paints.

Compsoft has delivered an iPhone application that achieves both requirements: using the iPhone's video functions, the app presents a demonstration of two types of 'System 3' paints; the app links through to an ongoing competition for artists, showcasing and celebrating individuals' work; and, with a Compsoft-developed feature, users are able to select from the wide range of 'System 3' coloured paints and create their own artwork on the device itself.

The development team is proud of its efforts in developing the functional app, but it was only in the talented hands of the creatives at Milestone that we saw how good it actually was! The results speak for themselves:
