Compsoft Passes External ISO 9001 Audit

Alton, Hampshire, 23 March 2006. Compsoft plc has had its first external ISO 9001:2000 audit since achieving the standard in December 2004.

Managing Director, Phil Lenton, commented "We have always been committed to providing quality systems for our clients, and to having an efficient development process. ISO 9000 certification demonstrates this commitment and shows that our processes stand up to external scrutiny."

All areas of Compsoft`s business are covered by the certification, including the bespoke Software Development division which builds custom software solutions for high growth customers using standard development tools and a unique development process. Robin Churcher, Head of Software Development, commented "Our process of specifying and building bespoke systems is unique, so it`s good to get approval from an independent body".

The audit was carried out by QMS, who were also instrumental in helping Compsoft secure ISO 9000 certification in 2004.
