Compsoft launches Bluesulphur at IMS 2007
Compsoft used the Information Management Solutions 2007 exhibition to showcase its .NET skill set and announce the introduction of Bluesulphur, a new full-service, digital design agency.
The new agency, which is based in Alton, is headed up by Creative Director David Stell. David has been involved in design, advertising and publishing for over twenty years, bringing high-profiled experience with many international organisations and having established his own agencies. Managing Director of both Compsoft and Bluesulphur, Phil Lenton, saw the opportunity for this new integrated approach to application development: “Until now, the choice was between a functional solution that works well or one that was visually impressive. Together, Bluesulphur and Compsoft provide a unique collaboration that delivers the reliability of software from a company with a thirty year pedigree, with fresh and innovative design services.”
David and representatives from Compsoft were on hand throughout IMS to discuss ideas with prospective customers. Representing the only bespoke application developer, the Compsoft stand drew attention from many attendees at the show. The striking visuals on the stand, including a new branding for Compsoft presented on a backdrop reflecting the integration of its development services with digital design, were created in-house by Bluesulphur’s design team.
Head of Marketing for both Compsoft and Bluesulphur, Paul Cranston, considered the IMS exhibition a success for both companies: “IMS was a great platform for Compsoft to introduce Bluesulphur; the reception we experienced was very exciting with good feedback received from potential customers and from other visitors to the stand. Most importantly, we received a very healthy number of opportunities that perfectly fit the proven technical capabilities of Compsoft and the creativity offered by Bluesulphur.”
