Compsoft worked with Duncan and Todd to create a solution for its corporate eye-care business. Microsoft's .NET framework was used to provide a solution that includes appointment scheduling, client record-keeping and invoicing functionality, all available via a secure login from client sites.

In creating a bespoke SQL Server database management system with Compsoft, Duncan & Todd is able to define the functionality that fully supports the unique ways in which the business works without compromise: how they serve customers, communicate internally and interact with partners and remote-working staff, particularly. The application has and continues to achieve wide-ranging efficiency savings while providing a system that will scale with the company’s growth.
